Service areas
Our office and equipment store sit in Bashundhara R/A, so nearby neighbourhoods get the fastest arrivals. We also serve most of north and central Dhaka on scheduled days.
Coverage zones
Arrival times depend on Dhaka traffic, of course. Zone A bookings made before 11:00 AM can usually be served the same day. Zone B and C bookings are scheduled a day or more ahead so crews can travel with the right equipment.

Apartment-ready
Most of our work happens in apartment buildings, so our process is designed for them. We coordinate with building management and guards in advance, carry equipment that fits standard lifts, use drop sheets in corridors and follow each building’s working-hour rules.
For societies and building committees, we offer scheduled common-area cleaning, water tank cleaning for the whole building, and group rates for flats that book together.
Area questions
Often, yes. Message us your exact location. For larger jobs such as deep cleaning, painting or shifting, we regularly travel further within Dhaka for a quoted travel fee.
Not currently for regular services. For large commercial jobs near Dhaka — for example in Purbachal or Savar — contact us for a custom proposal.
No. Monthly plan customers in Zone B pay no travel fee, and Zone C monthly plans pay half.
