Our services
Cleaning, repairs, cooling, hygiene and moving — delivered by our own trained staff across Bashundhara and greater Dhaka, with written prices in Taka and a sign-off checklist on every job.
Cleaning services
From ৳1,800 per visit
Our most booked service keeps busy households on top of daily dust — something every Dhaka home fights, especially in dry winter months when road dust drifts in through every window. A two- or three-person team works through your home room by room, following a checklist agreed on the first visit.
Choose weekly, fortnightly or monthly visits and keep the same team lead each time. They learn where you keep things, which surfaces need gentle care and what matters most to your family.
From ৳350 per sofa seat
Fabric furniture quietly collects dust mites, sweat, spilled tea and pet hair. We use hot-water extraction machines that inject a mild cleaning solution deep into the fabric and pull it back out with the dirt — no soaking, no shrinking, and dry to the touch in four to six hours with the fan on.
Leather sofas receive a pH-neutral clean followed by a conditioner to prevent cracking in Dhaka’s air-conditioned rooms.
From ৳2,200 per kitchen
Kitchens in Bangladeshi homes work hard: daily frying, spices and steam leave a sticky film on tiles, hoods and cabinet tops. Our kitchen deep clean uses food-safe degreasers and steam to lift layered grease without scratching.
Bathrooms get a separate descaling treatment for the hard-water marks common in Dhaka supply lines, plus grout brushing and a full disinfection of commodes, basins and taps.
From ৳120 per window
High-rise flats in Bashundhara collect a surprising amount of grime on grills and sliding tracks. We clean glass on both sides wherever it is safely reachable from inside, wash the grills, vacuum the rails and wipe the frames so windows slide easily again.
For glass that cannot be reached safely, we will tell you honestly — we never ask staff to lean out of upper-floor windows.
Care, cooling & hygiene
These services use dedicated equipment and chemicals, so they’re handled by specialist crews rather than general cleaners. Each visit ends with a short written report of what was done and when to book the next service.
From ৳1,500 per tank
Underground reservoirs and rooftop tanks are drained, sludge removed, walls scrubbed and disinfected with a food-grade chlorine solution, then rinsed and refilled. Recommended every six months for Dhaka apartment buildings.
From ৳900 per unit
Jet-wash cleaning of indoor and outdoor units, drain line flushing, gas pressure check and top-up, and new installations with copper piping, brackets and a performance test.
From ৳2,000 per flat
Cockroach gel treatment that works without emptying your kitchen, bed-bug programmes with follow-up visits, termite injection for wooden fittings, and mosquito misting for balconies and gardens.
From ৳14 per sq ft
Damp-patch treatment, crack filling, putty and sanding, primer and two coats of quality emulsion or enamel. Furniture is covered, switches masked and floors protected before a brush comes out.
Repairs & home support

Licensed electricians handle faulty sockets and switches, tripping breakers, ceiling fan and light installation, IPS and generator changeover wiring, and full DB board inspections. Every job ends with a safety test before we pack up.
