Regular vs deep
A regular clean maintains a home that’s already in good shape. A deep clean restores it. We move furniture, clean inside cabinets and appliances, descale every fitting and reach the high and hidden places that daily cleaning skips.
For a typical 1,200 sq ft Bashundhara flat, expect a team of four for six to eight hours. We’ll confirm the crew size and timing in your written quote.

Room by room
Every deep clean follows the same plan so nothing depends on memory. Your team lead walks through the home with you first, marks priority areas, and checks each room against this list before moving on.
Room 01 · Kitchen
We start with the hardest-working room. Cabinets are emptied onto covered counters, wiped inside and out, and restocked in the same order. Hoods and filters are soaked in degreaser, tiles are steamed, and appliances are cleaned inside.
Why it matters: Dhaka’s humidity feeds mould in grout lines and under sinks within weeks. Our bathroom routine uses an anti-fungal rinse after scrubbing so black spots stay away longer.
Products: non-acidic descaler safe for chrome and marble, hospital-grade disinfectant, and a neutral floor cleaner that doesn’t leave slippery residue.
Room 02 · Bathrooms
Bathrooms get the longest dwell times: descaler sits on fittings, grout is brushed line by line, and every surface is disinfected. We finish by drying the floor and polishing mirrors and glass.
Room 03 · Living & bedrooms
Furniture is moved so we can vacuum and mop beneath it. Sofas are vacuumed, wardrobes wiped inside when emptied, and every switch, handle and door frame is cleaned by hand.
Room 04 · Final detailing
Before we leave, the team lead does a white-glove check of high-touch points, balconies and window grills, then walks the home with you. Anything you point out is fixed on the spot.
