3. Cleaning results

Professional cleaning greatly improves most surfaces, but some stains, discolouration, scratches, water damage, mould staining or wear cannot be fully removed. Results described on our website are typical outcomes, not promises for every item. Our team lead will tell you before starting if a result is unlikely.

4. Electrical, plumbing and gas work

Our technicians carry out domestic repairs and installations within their training. Major works — such as building-level electrical supply, main water lines, structural changes or gas line alterations — may require approval from your building, utility provider or relevant authority. Any advice on our website is not a substitute for such approvals.

5. Products and allergies

We use eco-labelled and approved products wherever possible. Pest control treatments use government-approved chemicals applied according to label instructions. Please tell us in advance about allergies, asthma, pregnancy, infants, elderly family members or pets so we can adjust products, ventilation and re-entry times.
